Irvington Suite
In this historic Westchester home, the primary bedroom presented a challenge of scale, with slanted ceilings and more space than it could comfortably support. Two Merlin Design Studio rethought the layout to create distinct areas for how the clients live, including a quiet workspace overlooking the Hudson.
With the right mix of furnishings, lighting, and art, the room now feels less like a large, undefined space and more like a place to unwind at the end of the day, with the ease and calm of a well-designed retreat.
